1. NO REFUNDS
All sales are final.

2. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS
Members may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not result in a refund of:
• Current billing periods
• Previous billing periods
• Partial months
• Unused time remaining on a subscription
Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All purchases involving digital products, including but not limited to:
• Courses
• Educational materials
• Research content
• Software tools
• Alerts
• Downloads
• Templates
• Community access
are non-refundable once access has been granted.
4. CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Probability Lab to resolve the issue may result in:
• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Revocation of access to all Services
• Restriction from future purchases
We reserve all rights to contest fraudulent or improper chargebacks.
5. EXCEPTIONS
Any refund issued by Probability Lab is granted solely at our discretion and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future situations.
No exception shall establish a precedent.
6. BILLING ERRORS
If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical issue, you must contact us within 14 days of the transaction.
Verified billing errors may be corrected at our sole discretion.
7. FAILED RESULTS
Refunds will not be provided based on:
• Trading losses
• Market outcomes
• Lack of profitability
• Dissatisfaction with results
• Failure to use the Services
• Personal circumstances
• Changes in market conditions
