COMMUNITY RULES
Users may not:
• Harass others
• Threaten others
• Share illegal content
• Spam
• Scam
• Impersonate others
• Manipulate the community
• Disrupt discussions
• Share paid content outside the community
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access at any time.
TERMINATION
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access:

• For any reason
• At our sole discretion
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by you to Probability Lab during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sage Creek Inc. from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, costs, and attorney fees arising from:
• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Your conduct within the community
